Gourmet Golden Oyster Mushroom Powder

The oyster mushrooms are dehydrated into a finely ground powder and it is used to enhance the flavors in omelettes, grits, stir-fry, blended burgers, gravies, soups, stews, sautéed pasta sauces, breaded, battered and deep fried meats, side dishes such as mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and vegetables.
